Alumni School Director Election- Election of Alumni School Director(2023-2024)

Dear alumni:

"The Education Bureau hopes that schools can effectively manage and increase transparency to the public. Therefore, starting from the academic year in 2008, the alma mater established a school sponsoring body. This also confirms the recognition of our alumni association. According to the education regulations, the composition of the sponsoring body must include the following persons: sponsoring body school directors, elected parent school directors, elected teacher school directors, the principal (of course, school directors), elected alumni school directors, independent school directors, and substitute school directors. The regulations stipulate that our alumni association must elect alumni school directors through a vote, whose responsibility is to represent and participate in various types of meetings of the school sponsoring body and provide opinions. We are writing to inform interested alumni who wish to compete for the position of alumni school director to submit their campaign platform and personal information to our association. The details are as follows: "

Introduce personal information (including name, occupation, and year of graduation).
Briefly describe the campaign platform for the election.
Provide information on the nominator(s).
The deadline is within fourteen days from the date of this notice.
The location for submitting the election materials is: G/F, 10 Tai Shing Street, Wong Tai Sin, Kowloon.
