On the 26th of October 2007
(Friday), we celebrated Halloween.
Before that day, all of us had
been busy decorating our campus with pictures of Halloween
monsters and creatures. We had created a realistic festival atmosphere for the
students. Besides, they had learnt lots of Halloween
vocabulary from the posters on the walls.
On Friday, we participated in
the festival by dressing up in costumes and handing out
sweets when the ‘trick-or-treaters’ called out
‘trick-or-treat’. Everybody felt the horror in the air
since many students wore
special costumes. ‘Halloween creatures’ could be seen all over the school. If you
had been in the ‘haunted house’, you would have been
scared by us.
All in all the day was very successful and enjoyable.
Students participated in the activities heartily and
learned a lot about Halloween. We made Halloween such a
memorable day at our school.
